Aircraft 67-0376

I just saw a picture of this F-4, but in THK (Turkish AF) markings. Appears to be stored in Turkey. I see it marked as stored at AMARG - puzzles me..

Scramble had it with Turkey, but last seen in 91.

Only thing I can think of did the US take it back to use as a drone?
