I have uploaded a few photos and see that they are still 'pending approval' a couple of days later.
Can someone let me know the average turnaround time for approval, and what sort of notification is sent for approvals and rejections?

First thank you for loading some pictures onto the site. Each picture makes this site that much better!
Pictures are approved by the site owner on a regular basis. I am not sure of the turn around time, but sometimes
it may take a few days to a week or more.
Rest assured that many of the photos that you have loaded are now visible and each of us can now enjoy what you have posted.
The approval process is done to ensure that the pictures are appropriate to this site.
Pictures are visible to all the moment they are loaded onto the site.
I think the only notification is what is shown on your member page.
At this time, no email is sent in regards to approval or rejection.
I have yet to have any of my photos rejected, but members are encouraged to follow the posting rules.
