Photo scanned in wrong position (came out sideways) change?

I scanned the photos in the wrong position, how do I change the photos

into the right position?

I your problem is what i think it is you have 2 options:

1. Scan it again in the correct position. The top of photo the should be positioned toward the hinge of the lid and face down in the corner (the upper right on mine). Then use photo software to crop out the excess white space.

2. You can rotate it on the computer by right clicking on the file and clicking one of the two rotate buttons (Clockwise or Counter Clockwise).

I can now scan the photos in the correct position, BUT it still leaves the previously posted photos in the sideways position. Cannot turn them once

they are posted. How do I get rid of those sideways photos without deleting

the entire file?

If you are a photographer member of this site you can edit your photos, including doing a delete. Log in to the Member Section. Bring up aircraft photos after logging in and put the N number in the top box, click on it and then delete the photo you want to delete using its menu line.
