Learjet N2YY

I have been unable to determine the c/n of this Learjet from 1977/78 and ask if any forum user can assist me please? I believe it was a Learjet 24.

Reportedly was to be MODed with FJ-44 engines.

Do not know if the proposed mod was completed, started, or abandoned.
