i have seen for the first time an ERJ170, several of them that are owned by republic airways, under the shuttle america name. i actually like the brazilian regionals, they look sleek, and do not make a whole lot of noise. the ERJ190 is a great looking plane also, the one i got a look at, up close and personal, was a midwest airlines 190. pretty sleek looking bird.
the reason for the diversion from denver was a fog problem on the ramp. That sucked for those people who had to come down here to cos, but it was great for me to see a few planes i hadnt seen yet.
