Found crash site and it is scraped out , plane crashed on private property and is all but gone . Andrew Plott of Duluth Ga was on board and died at the scene . Two lights , tool kit , survival kit , maps and inflatable rafts were found at the field where it was suppose to be dropped .Was told Bill Flannigan was pilot .
