same aircraft new owner

Good day.

Question for how to fill in info.

Example

Swiss AF F-5E serial J-3030 c/n L.1030. Its to new owner Austrian AF, but the serial did not change.

When now to fill in with the new owner (Austria), it says this already exists.

Well that's a tough one. Never expect that could happen. Let me think about it.

Interesting,... the F-5E is Swiss, was leased to Austria for a time.

ex -USAF 76-1555 built 1980, to the Swiss under FMS and to Austira AF; dates - 09.07.2004 thru 30.06.2008 - then back to Switzerland.

I do not see a currently profile for L.1030 on A-D website

Thanks mr. L-5jockey for the extra info.

The Swiss F-5 Tiger are new built airframes and (I thought) they never flew with the USAF, that serial is only dedicated as FMS 76-1555.
