public US airports dataset - latitude and longitude info

I am a graduate student working on a research paper in the field of data mining.

I need the latitude and longitude information of all the airports in US for my research. I was able to find that in airport-data.com but I am unable to download this information(for US airports alone) in one shot. Can anyone of you point me to the links where I can get that ? I am looking for the following information.

Airport Code

Airport Name

Airport Country

Latitude Degree

Latitude Min

Latitude Sec

Latitude N/S

Longitude Degree

Longitude Min

Longitude Sec

Longitude N/S

Airport datasets are available from www.faa.gov. You might search a bit and register for a login, but they have downable datasets with the information you are looking for. From the FAA's website select airport, and look for Airport Data, that will get you started.

I have attached a zipped file of ICAO airports. Unzipped, it is in .CSV format (comma seperated value). You can open it with Ms EXCEL and save it as an .XLS file, if need be.

It is a 43,000+ line file.

Coloumn headers:

id-ident type-name-atitude_deg-longitude_deg-elevation_ft-continent-iso_country-iso_region-municipality-scheduled_service-gps_code-iata_code-local_code-home_link-wikipedia_link-keywords.

It also lists non USA airports, but it is editable.

filename: ICAOairports.zip (ICAO_airports.csv) zip size approx 2MB. (unzipped approx 6.5 MB)
