Lockheed T-33 at Pima Air Museum

Good morning

I need some help in identifying the following T-33 located inside at Pima Air and Space Museum

Both pictures were taken in March 2011.

The Pima web site lists just two T-33 variants, 53-6145 T-33A (http://www.airport-data.com/aircraft/photo/655659.html) and 136810 TV-2 / T-33B (http://www.airport-data.com/aircraft/photo/655661.html)

Any help on an ID and con number would be appreciated

Directly from James Stemm, the Curator of Collections at the Pima Air & Space Museum:

The plane is Lockheed T-33A serial number 51-16992. It has been painted like the aircraft used to represent Soviet fighters in the John Wayne movie "Jet Pilot."

Joe Baugher's website provides a c/n of 580-7111.
