There are two profiles for this Navion, which makes it a problem of the c/ns. My research shows that the correct c/n for this call sign is NAV-4-978 (or as the bad one shows, NAV4978).
I've been researching the disposition of L-17s and I found a site on the 'net dated 11/14/10 saying this aircraft was brought to Dorchester, TX for possible rebuild. It was brought in from Eugene, OR. According to the Oregon owner, it was used at West Point for a trainer. Somewhere along the line it ended up at that NJ aircraft maintenance school. Photos posted by that owner showed it in many parts, but with the same paint scheme as the shots posted on this profile.
So the profile link to 47-1329 is for NAV-4-978. NAV-4-1060 would be 47-1348, but that aircraft seems to have disappeared as I can find no information about it.
