CT7-8A engine family

Please help. tryig to find a definition of an "engine cycle" as it relates to the GE CT7-8A family of engines. Some say that this info is supposedly covered under ITARS rules but that seems kinda silly if ne is trying to develop a maintainence program.

Can anyone provide me witha link to a valid definition?
