Workshop - error

I'm new to this site so I apologise if this is a simple problem to solve.

I tried using the workshop facility in two different types of browser and, in both cases the files uploaded but then I got an error when it came to the thumbnail section. A square with a cross in it appeared where the thumbnail should be.

Can anyone help this noob to sort this out, please?

I was having troubles like that at one time and it was because my Flash plug-in was not up to date.

Update Flash and Java and see if that cures your troubles.
