I believe this bird is: 10-4194 / FF (cn 645-4194) a 94th FS bird. (Last one for this Sqdn).

Reports also show another F-22 at Avalon this year, 09-4173 / FF (cn 645-4173) but its tail is clearly marked with 'large format' number.
I do not know how many F-22 were actually there.
Still looking for 100% confirmation..
