One of the good things about this site is the assistance readily forthcoming from members - John Hevesi has ben particularly good in response to my identity queries and once again I seek aid. Can some-one please supply the c/n for this STOL conversion seen at the 1977 Reading Airshow?.

'Pee Kay' on the tail probably refers to De Vore's, line of floats / pontoons for small aircraft.
