Can you confirm that L-21B G-BLIH was ex R-138 RNLAF, in many records I found this reg connected to R-133 54-2423/183823 :?:

Both of these agree with the following, excluding registrations not taken up (ntu).

R-138, 54-2428, PH-KNJ, PH-GRC, cn 18-3828.

R-133, 54-2423, G-BLTH, cn 18-3823. R-133 has yet to be added to the database.

exactly the two sites you are referring to give the R-133 > GBLIH and not R-138!

Therefore the record of the R-138 in airport-data is wrong I suppose...

I have revised the profile for R-138, excluding PH-KNJ which was not taken up.

Thus cn 18-3828, 54-2428>R-138>PH-GRC.

However I have limited the profile for R-133 to

cn 18-3823, 54-2423>R-133.

The reason for this is that despite what is shown elsewhere, G-INFO lists G-BLIH (Now G-DRGL) as cn 18-3828 which is the cn for R-138! It also refers to a previous N registration. Thus I have omitted this G reg from profiles for now.

I intend to investigate further.
