Vermilion Regional Airport is pleased to invite you to our Trunk or Treat with Pilots event on Saturday, October 26th, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. With Halloween just around the corner, it’s the perfect opportunity to come together for an evening of aviation and festive fun.
Event Details:
Date: Saturday, October 26th, 2024
Time: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Please arrive 15-30 minutes early for setup and to grab a bite to eat, or prepare to eat after the event concludes)
Location: Vermilion Regional Airport (Ramp area)
What to Bring:
Your aircraft and a generous stash of candy (extra candy will be provided)
What’s in Store:
Trick or Treat Fun: Bring your aircraft and share some candy with the kids. It’s a great chance to show off your aircraft, inspire the next generation, and enjoy the company of fellow pilots and community members.
Aviation Community: This event is a fantastic opportunity to connect with other members of the aviation community, share experiences, and foster relationships while participating in a fun and rewarding event.
Costumes Optional: Feel free to get into the Halloween spirit with a costume, but it’s entirely up to you.
Delicious Eats: Enjoy a free dinner featuring Lasagna, Salad, Pizza, and Penne Alfredo from Jocko's, along with Fried Chicken from Lee's Fried Chicken. A tasty way to fuel up before the Halloween festivities!
