My family owned this Cessna 310 10-12 years years or so, before selling it in the early 70s. We flew it all over the western U. S. and even up to northern Canada. I have many fond memories flying almost every weekend during the summers from Grand Junction, CO down to Hall's Crossing at Lake Powell. It was a dirt strip and you landed uphill and took off downhill toward the lake. It was a very capable airplane, transporting my parents, three teenage boys and two golden retrievers.
