I wanted to comment that "Photoshopping" carries a connotation of false and fake photos with a lot of people. It doesn't have to be, although there is plenty of reason to be suspicious of some photos, because photos have been cropped and edited in the darkroom since the invention of film. I edit every photo that I post on airport-data but I don't delete or add anything opn the aircraft. A lot of wasted sky and ground can be eliminated so that the final result more resembles a 35mm image. The following two photos are an extreme example of editing but a good example of how a poor original can be salvaged with Photoshop. Digital photography and the computer have made all of this much easier with better results.

You ever been to the site that has all the fantasy airliners such as Braniff 747-400s and Pan Am A380s etc that people have photoshopped airline logos onto aircraft that never flew in those airline's colors?

Then there are the other trick photos that they do like super stretching a 747-400 and calling it a 747-600, or making a really stubby looking 777 and calling it the 777-100 etc
