I've posted bug problems in the "contact us" section, but I don't know what happened because I've not received word and the problem hasn't been fixed, and I seem to have added more :(
First, it seems when we need to change the tail number, it isn't regenerating the copyright tag and it isn't coming off the old posted number. I have two in that predicament right now. They show the change in the gallery, but not on the photo. My first problem came about when I discovered I had mis-identified a Fairey Firefly as C-GBDG but recently learned my shot was really of CF-BDH, which crashed in 1977. I made a new profile for CF-BDH (I think the new way would be C-FBDH, but the wing of the plane shows CF-) and edited the photo, yet the photo won't regenerate nor will it post on the new profile.
The identical problem is with an F-86 Sabre I had identified as 52-4043. I discovered this plane is really 52-3754 marked as 52-4043, so I did a new profile for 52-3754, edited the photo and regenerated the tag yet nothing has changed.
Today I have a new problem based on my thinking I did something right. Nick Dean posted a photo of a Spitfire ID'd as PA908. This plane is actually already posted as PA 908 - space between the letters and numbers as noted on the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force Web site - with shots by me and Daniel Compton. So I tried to do that thing about linking to another photo on both profiles but something seems to be amiss and it also shows two profiles for both (the one under the other), but I don't see how they link. Perhaps I just don't understand this feature.
