Hi all I just saw this helicopter land and take off from a rather odd and I'm assuming unotherized location, anyone know who actually owns it?

Just FYI, a helicopter can land almost anywhere as long is approval is given by the land owner and does not violate local laws and is operated safely.

I have seen a helicopter land in a parking lot at the mall, at a school play ground, behind a business. All kinds of places.

We had an Puma from RAF Odiham land at the sports centre were our IPMS model show was being held it was arranged by some of the club members who were based at Odiham, all permitions granted although just one local did complain : .
