How can this aircraft been advised as Homebuild?

They were made by Nord Centre; I learned to fly on one the F-BBOP with a Continental C-65

I found the answer to your question immediately on the web. The particular 854CM aircraft was amateur rebuilt from spares by C. Marcandier res 12/99. One other 854 was also built the same way from spares. Your French aircraft registration office-what ever department that is equivalent to the USA Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) could also answer your question as the aircraft bears French registration.

My Janes Encyclopedia of Aviation Volume 4 was also helpful on Nord models but jumped from the Nord N.C.853 to the Nord N.C. 856.
