Aircraft G-MWMU Cfm Metal-fax shadow series cd

Hi All just wondered if anyone had any information on this A/C

Present owner says that it iwas permanently withdraw from service.

However he dosent say if it was crash damage / age / or just retired

Any Ideas if no damage why it would be withdrawn from service or is it just an age thing.. re Ray:)
