Aircraft G-EUUN - missing winglets

I was on stand next to this aircraft today at LHR T5. I noticed she only had winglets on the port wing - and definitely NOT on the starboard wing.

Does anyone know why the winglets were missing on the starboard wing? What sort of effect would this have on flight?
