Actually the first Turbo 182 RG was 1979. This aircraft was manufactured in late 1978 but was sold in 1979 and was in the 800's of the first sold. So Cessna calls it a 1979 Model. In 1980 they changed the interior a little bit and added a 3 blade prop as standard for the Turbo Model. 8)
