I seek the model type and construction number for this Mexican registered Beech 18?

Can any-one please help??

Peter

Hi Peter

Anymore details? Approximate date(s) in service or registration date, titles applied (if any) color scheme, or user,...?

Any photo(s) showing the registration marks?

Possible ex USAF C-45, AT-11 or Navy SNB...?

This looks like a tough one :(

John

Tough question to answer is wholly correct, John, because I made a mistake. I have checked my notes and the registration of this Beech 18 which I saw at Harlingen,Texas in October 1978 is, in fact, XB-POB.

I apologise to all those who have viewed the original message and it goes to prove how easyily miistakes can occur and why input should be previewed before submission. Sorry, everybody.

If any-one can still assist in telling me the type of Beech 18 and the c/n for this aircraft I would be very grateful.

Ian,

Tremendous and many thanks for the information. I'm sure I have a photograph of this Beech 18 and will unearth it for upload later this week, hopefully.

Your reply is much appreciated and yet again demonstrates the value of the forum, for me certainly, and I'm sure I am not alone with this viewpoint.

Best regards.

Peter
