T.21-11 - link info

Can you please look at this link - when I bring it up using Casa 295M search

it shows a link BUT DOES NOT OPEN

If i put in T.21-11 in the registration - it says it does not exist - but when I try to add the info it says record already exists !!!!

Drop (do not use) the period when entering it in the search box.

The search-tool doesn't like periods :

Also doesn't like the plus sign (+) on search, but will take it when entering data to upload a photo... leads one to a URL error when using certain punctuation marks. ( high ascii codes)
