Photographs without profile linkages

Apologies if this already an ongoing task for the Editorial Team

As been mentioned before, if a photo is posted WITHOUT a profile - you will

NOT be able to find it using the search function. - which seems a shame if someone has taken the trouble to post it

From the edit teams 'tools' - is it possible to produce a spreadsheet of those photos WITHOUT profiles

I would be more than willing to help research some of the airliner/bizjet/turboprops photos and input the data from the front screen

The other day I added a new profile for an aircraft and there were already 19 photos of it in the database before the profile

When the FAA has its 'cull' on out of date registrations/info , I can see this website being one the key resources for historic information and photos

I spoke to the site administrator about 10 days ago on this very subject asking if it was possible to generate a list of unattached images in order to do the very thing you mention.

This he has agreed to do in the near future.

I share your frustration; many times I have raised a new profile only to find "lost" images suddenly appearing.

One of the easiest ways to find images without a profile is to look at the "More Random Aircraft Photos" link on the home page, if you see a reg number in bold black it has no proflile.

I normally spend an hour each evening searching for these missing images/profiles.

Most of the info to complete a profile can normally be found with a quick search on the internet, if you have any problems locating info, please feel free to ask one of the admin team foe assistance.
