Are there listings of aircraft reg's for particular scheduled flights?

I took a morning flight EGNV to EGLL BMI BD331 on 2008-06-13, the aircraft being an Airbus A319-131 and I would like to know the registration.

Malcolm.

I'm not sure about BMI, but I know you can get the tail numbers off of Virgin Atlantic and maybe BA on planefinder.net and flightaware.com. Only certain airlines are available. In the US you can find out registrations for Jet Blue, American, Delta, United and US Airways.

The short answer is (from the Heathrow SBS Log for that Day)

BMA1TW BD331 GDBCF A319 EGNV 0835 182 27R

If you want to 'prove' it for yourself

http://www.lhr-lgw.co.uk/groupfiles/newlhrarchives.htm

Open zipped folder Jun08

In the folder that opens - go to 2nd from RIGHT folder - 'junlhrmore08' and open

and gives you ful SBS arrivals and departures for the day

Enjoy

Terry, Chris.

I soooo appreciate your advising me of the missing data, and to be honest I had my doubts as to whether it would be available.

This will not only fill in a gap to enable me to upload a few more older images but I can also fill in a few missing regs in my 245,000 mile personal flight log.

One obvious further question. Is similar data available for other of the worlds larger airports?

Many thanks again,

Malcolm.

This is one of many images I took on my flight, this one over central London on approach to Heathrow. Houses of Parliament, Horse Guards. The Eye, etc.

Not much of the aircraft so perhaps may not be valid for upload!

Here's one for my local airport

Thanks Chris.

I've only flown Manchester a few times including a 737 jump seat landing followed by a memorable Shorts 360 flight across the Pennines to Newcastle but I do have a couple of gaps to fill and the listing will be useful.

It would be good to have this data for other airports, so if there is anyone out there with such data, it would be much appreciated by me and perhaps a few other aviation buffs with less than perfect flight records.

Malcolm.
