  • Help needed to identify Two Airliner Nose/CockpitS

During a recent visit to USA / Canada - found a couple of Airliner (DC-9?) nose/cockpits preserved - but as yet unable to pin either down to specific construction numbers or former identities - wonder if any member can help resolve

1. this one is located at the rear of a hangar at Concrete Airport in Washington State

2. The second one was in the Museum at Langley BC - I have written to them - but received no reply - has a TWA logo and No 1308 ( /fleet no)

The first one is a DC-4 or DC-6. Nose and windows are quite different to the DC-9 in the second photo. The small corner windows and larger window behind it are either -4 or -6. It has also had an astrodome above the rear cockpit. Landing gear doors so close to the nose might indicate a -4.
