Mystery airport in Vermont

Folks - anyone know about Fairholt Airport in Burlington, Vt.? (An FAA listing of VT48, back in 2008)?

It appears (from a certain altitude) on Google Maps, as in the middle of Burlington Country Club - search "4 Fairholt, Burlington Vt." for approximate location.

There's got to be a story on this -- and yes, I'm a reporter!
