How do I add data for a Heliport not yet listed.

Hi All, I have uploaded a photograph of Hartland Point Heliport in North Devon, UK. However I had to use code 0000 as the Heliport is not listed.

Please could someone advise how to list this Heliport and also the Helipad at Lundy Island (Bristol Channel) which is 11 miles away from Hartland.
