Cessna J182T

need some information on Cessna J182T:

Is this aircraft being used in USA?

Who all are the operators using this aircraft?

Does this aircraft have FAA certification? If not then how its being in use in USA?

Please help me by giving these informations as we are in process of procuring this

I'm not aware of anyone flying JT-A in the United States of America.

An article I saw late last fall mentioned a certification delay until early 2015. Apparently that delay has stretched to mid 2015.

I visited the factory about a year and a half ago and saw them all out on the flight line...not sure about the reason for certification struggles.
