The picture shows an Airfast helicopter on deck of the Belgian bulkcarrier TEMSE with IMO: 6608971. The Port Hedand harbourpilot came by helicopter. It is a scan of a slide, so the quality is poor and the tailnumber is not good visible. The date was in 1973. I think it could be VH-INE but I am not sure. Maybe somebody can identify this helicopter.
