I'm having trouble uploading images to the site via the Workshop.

It's my first time trying it and every time I batch upload I always get an error message.

Adobe flash is updated, tried with Firefox, Safari, and Chrome and get same error message each time. All photos are .jpg and under 4MB.

Anyone else experiencing this error or know how to fix it?

Chris.

I have emailed Ken Wang to bring your problem to his attention.

My Workshop is now permanently disabled, having a strangely shaped symbol in the blue left hand field. No help has been forthcoming unfortunately!

Chris.

This is unlikely of help to you but your Workshop problem prompted me to look at mine once more and I found that http://www.airport-data.com had been been blocked by Flash and my Workshop is now functioning normally.

Malcolm.

Unfortunately the problem still persists. I checked to make sure flash was enabled for http://www.airport-data.com/, which it was, but I still get the same error message.

Something to note: on Safari which is what I normally use, when I open the workshop and click "Upload Photos" the pop-up window never opens to select which photos I want to upload.

I am not blocking pop-up windows either so I'm not sure why this is happening, but on other browsers like Google Chrome and Firefox the window opens as it should.

Hopefully Ken receives your message and can find a solution to the problem because I am out of ideas at this point :?

I have just tried using the workshop on different computers on all browsers (Safari, Firefox, Chrome) and I have the same problem.

I allowed flash but when I upload the images I get the error message. Considering this is happening to not just one of my computers but three (MacBook, iMac, and Windows), I'm pretty confident the problem is with the workshop and not what I'm doing. Hopefully this can be fixed soon because uploading photos individually is very time consuming especially when you have over 10,000 photos to upload :(

Is there any update on getting this issue fixed

I just ran 10 photos through the uploader, worked like it normally does,

Using Windoze 10 and Chrome.

That's an interesting point!

Is there a limit to the number of photos that can be uploaded as a batch?

How many were you attempting to upload Chris?

Just attempted to upload with workshop and have same problem as Chris L, I can load singles but not workshop

Malcom - I tried everything. Individual uploads in workshop, several at once. This is across all browsers and computers/laptops I own and I still get the same error.

Here is a video. Running on 2013 iMac 10.13.4 with Safari and Adobe Flash updated and enabled.

problem continues - I cannot get the workshop upload screen - WIN10/Firefox. Direct upload of individual airfield pics worked fine.

Any word from Ken on when this will be fixed?

I think this is a Flash issue, but I have found a work-around by using a different browser; with SLIMJET browser and flash enabled the upload works fine. Business as normal!

Chris.

As promised, I sent Ken Wang an email on May 11th and another 2 days ago and he has not replied.

I will discuss the situation with the Administration Team.

Malcolm.
